SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Esterhazy Flower Bin! We are dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring your orders are delivered with care. Our shipping methods are reliable, and we strive to keep the costs affordable for you. We believe in transparent communication, so you can trust us with your orders.
 
The Flower Bin, we value your satisfaction. Therefore, we carefully handle the packaging to ensure the safe delivery of your orders. We are committed to making your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.

The Flowerbin is committed to processing orders promptly and we will try our best to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed.  Please reach out if you have any concerns.

 

 

Received A defective Item? 

We do apologize if this happens, Please contact our team and we can fix the problem. ​

 

 

If you chose in-store pickup:

Our team will do our best to fulfil online orders as quickly as possible. Your order may not be available on the same day in which it was placed. We ask that you be patient and wait until you receive an email from us stating your order is ready for pickup!

If you chose shipping:​

We send all packages with a tracking number. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to the holidays, our shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. Our team will always do our best to keep you updated, but if you are curious about the status of your order, please contact us!

Once the package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays. 

 

Package Says Delivered But I Can't Find It?

For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. The Flower Bin is not responsible for any lost merchandise. 

My Package Was Stolen, What Should I Do?

Please contact your local authorities immediately. The Flower Bin will NOT responsible for stolen packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchases from Esterhazy Flower Bin. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange a product, we are here to assist you. Our return policy is:

  • All sale items final sale

  • $20 flat shipping across Canada

  • Returns of hygiene products includes- Hair & Body, Underwear, Swimwear, Jewelry will NOT be excepted 

  • 14 days with tags still attached with proof of purchase.

  • If item received is defective, please contact our team with in (14) days with tags still attached.

  • If purchasing online, and you need return. Customer is responsible to pay the  shipping back to the store.

  • Footwear must be shipped back in the original shoe box if came in one. Tags still attached ( ex. Flip Flops, Slippers Etc.

  • Merchandise getting shipped back must be unworn, unwashed and free from odours and stains.

  • Merchandise can be exchanged for refund to store credit in the designated time frame.

  • All Flowers are FINAL SALE.

  • All Sale items are FINAL SALE, may NOT be returned for store credit.

Areas Served

Our shop serves the following areas in Saskatchewan: Atwater, Bangor, Bredenbury, Broadview, Churchbridge, Cowessess, Dubuc, Esterhazy, Gerald, Grayson, Hazel Cliffe, Langenburg, Mosaic K1, Mosaic K2, Mosaic K3, Ochapowace, Rocanville, Round Lake, Salcoats, Stockholm, Spy Hill, Tantallon, Wapella, Whitewood & Yarbo.

Delivery Policy

A local town delivery fee of $10 will be added to each order, for each address. (Delivery fees for outside of Esterhazy vary in price depending on the distance)
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and all statutory holidays. Deliveries requested on these dates will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
